AI Workflow

Turn AI output
into finished business outcomes.

AI Workflow is the Presence × Progress system for founders, coaches, consultants, and small teams who use AI every day and still watch proposals, follow-ups, and content sit unfinished.

Start where everyone should start — by finding out what is actually leaking.

“It gave me a way to make big decisions without losing touch with my inner values.”

The gap

AI did not create the gap. It made it visible.

You were never stuck for lack of tools. Bringing AI in simply exposed the places where work already stopped short of finished.

Choose your path

Three ways in. Most people should start with the first.

02

Learn the system

A recorded class that maps one real workflow, splits what AI handles from what you judge, and sends you out with a seven-day execution card.

03

Get guided implementation

Coaching and sprints that build the execution structure with you, rather than handing you another framework to install alone.

The first of these is the Co-Existence AI Book Sprint — four weeks on where AI ends and your judgment begins. It runs in January 2027; enrollment opens in December.

What sits inside AI Workflow

Coaching assessment · Available

High Performance Fit Check

The coaching assessment, not an AI tool test. Hours leaked per year, a six-axis structure map, and a preliminary report Victoria reads herself. Take this if you are considering coaching.

Start

What the result looks like

A six-axis structure map alongside the hours leaking from your year. The figures below are an example, not real client data.

Co-Existence AI Book Sprint

Four weeks to redraw the line between what AI does and what you decide. A cohort built around Ethan Mollick’s Co-Existence: each week we read one part, run the same task through AI ourselves, compare what came back, and mark the places where human judgment still has to do the work. Starts January 19, 2027 · Tuesdays, 90 minutes · 8 seats. (Korean-language program, English text)

An 8-week group program that takes you from idea to finished manuscript to self-publishing on Google Play Books. In the first cohort, four writers completed their first manuscripts. Cohort 2 starts November 14–15, with an online track and an in-person LA track. (Korean-language program)

Book Blueprint Session

A 90-minute one-to-one session that reads the letters, notes, teaching material and drafts you have already accumulated, and turns them into one book structure and a 90-day roadmap. The voice, the judgment and the story stay with the author; only the repeatable work goes to the tools. (Korean-language page)

If you want to write alongside others and finish in 8 weeks, see My One Book above.

Why Victoria

Twenty-five years of building the thing, not describing it.

Victoria Park is a Certified High Performance Coach (CHPC™) with a Purdue MBA and twenty-five years as an operator — credit analysis in global banking, venture capital, corporate strategy at a global retailer, and five years helping build a retail company from one store to a hundred. Since 2012 she has run her own education business in Los Angeles, which is where leadership, performance, and operations stopped being theory.

What she teaches here is not how to use more AI. It is the standard for judgment, focus, and presence that matters more as the speed goes up.

FAQ

Questions, answered plainly

What is AI Workflow?

It is the section of Presence × Progress that deals with AI at work — the classes, diagnostics, and programs for turning what AI produces into work that is published, sent, or decided. General coaching, the books, and non-AI programs live elsewhere on the site.

Is this an AI automation course?

No. Nothing here sets up tools or builds automations for you. The work is deciding where AI belongs in your week, what stays with your judgment, and what you stop doing.

Who is this for?

Founders, coaches, consultants, and small teams who already use AI daily and still find that proposals, follow-ups, and content do not get finished.

What is the AI Performance Action Map?

One page for one real workflow: where results leak, what AI handles versus what you judge, and three steps for the next seven days. You build it during the recorded class.

What is the Human × AI Split?

A written division of one workflow into three columns — what AI handles, what you decide yourself, and what you stop doing for now. Most of the benefit comes from the third column.

What is NEXORA?

An AI Coaching OS built on Victoria’s own method. It reads the current bottleneck, turns goals, time, energy and decisions into one operating map, opens the coaching track you need now, and narrows the week to one action for today. What you execute feeds the next round of coaching. The judgment stays with you. It is not open yet.

Where should I start?

With the 5-Minute Bottleneck Checklist — that is the AI and workflow entry point. If you are considering coaching with Victoria, take the High Performance Fit Check instead; it is the assessment for the coaching track, and Victoria reads every result herself.

Start here

Find out what is leaking. Then decide what to add.

Adding another tool to an undiagnosed week produces more output and the same result. Start with the diagnosis.

“Victoria is a gifted coach. Give yourself that gift of working with her — you will not regret it.”

AI Performance Action Map Class + Execution Review · S. Lee

ARRIVED WITH

She had watched the class but stalled trying to follow it alone. Approaching AI at all felt hard, and the work she wanted to do sat, in her words, “like a cloud floating overhead”.

WHAT WE DIAGNOSED

Not the tool — the bottleneck. We opened her screen and worked with our hands, putting what she wanted to do onto a single page. She said it twice herself: “the bottleneck isn’t AI, it’s me.”

AFTER THE SESSION

A vague plan became one goal with a date on it and a list of next steps. She left holding something she could act on.

“I think I gained the ability to summarize the dream that had only been vague — what it is I actually want to do.” S. Lee
“I thought approaching AI would be hard. But the way you handed me one piece at a time today made it feel like something I could take on. The fear came down a little.” S. Lee
