AI Performance Action Map Class Recorded class + optional 7-day execution review
If you have invested in ChatGPT, automation tools, courses and prompts, and yet publishing, proposals and client follow-up keep slipping, the gap is probably not your AI skill. It is the work system that turns speed into results.
In the recorded class you open up one real workflow and complete one AI Performance Action Map.
This is not a class about using AI more. It rebuilds presence — judgment, focus, rhythm — so the speed AI gives you turns into finished work.
Over the next seven days you use AI to produce one real outcome. Then in the Execution Review — 7-day execution session we check what got finished, where you stalled, and settle on one next action.
Does your AI investment scatter like this?
The question is no longer "Are you using AI?"
It is whether the money and time you spent on AI are returning as better judgment, hours saved, and work that actually ships.

What you take away
You complete your Action Map, run it for seven days, and then we look at your actual output and your sticking points together in the Execution Review.
A day that works
AI paying off does not mean faster answers. It means a structure where the important thing actually gets finished.
The goal is not more AI usage. It is that by the end of the day, one of one publish / one proposal / one follow-up is genuinely done.
Problem
You were never stuck for lack of AI. Bringing AI in simply exposed the cracks that were already in the system.
Reframe
Learning another AI tool does not reduce the work, because you are stacking faster tools on top of a leak you have not located.
This class finds where results leak in one of your workflows, splits what AI handles from what you judge, and turns it into a structure you can run for the next seven days.
The faster AI gets, the more it comes down to your standards for judgment, focus and rhythm.
Why it matters
AI gives you answers. Results come from deciding what to finish, and from the standard you use to place AI in the work.
This is not another how-to. It builds the structure that connects the AI you already use to actual completion.
Why Victoria
AI supplies speed. Results come from the standards a person holds.
We close the leaks and build the execution loop first, then set the judgment criteria and focus rhythm that keep it running.
The people who move forward are not the ones using AI the most. They are the ones converting the speed AI creates into results.
Presence × Progress
Victoria Park is a Certified High Performance Coach (CHPC™, 2025) with a Purdue MBA and twenty-five years as an operator — credit analysis in global banking, venture capital, corporate strategy at a global retailer, and five years helping build a retail company from one store to a hundred. Since 2012 she has run her own education business in Los Angeles, which is where leadership, performance and operations stopped being theory.
In 2024 she went through high performance coaching herself and felt her own operating system shift. She also teaches Pilates, which she came to while recovering her health, and works with a body-and-nervous-system approach grounded in mindfulness. What she designs for people who produce results but stay depleted is not "try harder." It is a structure that works.
She wrote her first book, Presence × Progress, published in February 2025, and her second, LIVE, is due in the fall of 2026.
Under Presence × Progress, what she teaches is not how to use more AI. It is the standard for judgment, focus and presence that matters more as the speed goes up — a structure where steadiness and achievement are possible at the same time.

How it runs
Diagnose one real workflow and complete one AI Performance Action Map.
You use AI to produce one real outcome.
Not a Q&A. We look at what you produced in seven days and narrow the sticking point to one next action.
This class does not set up AI tools or build automations for you. It decides where AI belongs in your work. Finish the class and your Action Map within two weeks of purchase , then use your seven-day window to produce one real outcome with AI.
In-class format
The point is not tool practice. It is deciding where AI goes.
You first map one workflow and your judgment criteria to complete the Action Map. Then a short live demo shows how the same AI produces very different output when the task is handed over vaguely versus through a Commission Brief.
The demo compares a weak prompt against a brief-driven run, checks the AI draft through CHECKPOINT, and deletes one sentence a human should refuse.
It is not a follow-along setup class and not an automation build. It settles what AI handles and what you decide, so that in your seven days you can produce one real outcome.
Who it's for
From a participant
Before the session:
It really felt like clouds drifting overhead. I kept saying I wanted to do it, and that was all.
Forty-five minutes later:
I think I now have the strength to put into words the dream that was only vague before. I used to think getting close to AI would be hard. The fear has come down a little.

What comes next
After the Execution Review, you sort out whether the next step is Review, Fit Check, or a series class.
Where you stalled while executing gets examined in the Execution Review. Not a Q&A — we look at what you produced in seven days and narrow the block to one next action.
If that block looks less like one workflow and more like decision time, focus rhythm and operating structure as a whole, a Fit Check can tell you whether a deeper diagnosis is warranted.
If you simply want more practice on one workflow, a future AI Performance series fits better. This class stands complete on its own; later steps are for those who want them.
Later classes may go deep on a single workflow, built on what you actually produced.
This class is complete on its own. The series is optional, whenever a topic you need opens.
