Certified High Performance Coach (CHPC™) · Author · Founder of Presence × Progress
Victoria Park is a Certified High Performance Coach (CHPC™), author, and founder of Presence × Progress who helps people achieve at a higher level without sacrificing their energy, identity, or well-being. Through her Presence × Progress philosophy, she brings together high performance coaching, mindfulness, somatic awareness, and structured execution — so clients can perform, lead, and live at a higher level in a way that lasts.
A graduate of Yonsei University with an MBA from Purdue, Victoria brings 25 years across global finance, strategic planning, startup operations, and education. That combination — analytical rigor from finance and strategy, and the operational instincts of building things from the ground up — shapes how she works with clients: precise about what is actually happening in the system, and practical about what changes it.
After experiencing high performance coaching firsthand in 2024, she saw how much of what leaders call a "motivation problem" is, underneath, a structural one — energy, decisions, and attention leaking through calendars, inboxes, and unclear priorities rather than any lack of ambition. That recognition led her to become a Certified High Performance Coach in 2025, and to build Presence × Progress around it: coaching that redesigns the system first, so the next level of performance can actually hold.
The next level of achievement does not come from adding more to your to-do list. It begins with redesigning the body, mind, and execution systems that let you hold that next level — with more clarity, energy, and steadiness.
Her work is not purely mental. After beginning Pilates through her own scoliosis recovery, she has taught Pilates since 2020 and holds certifications as a Nutrition Coach and Personal Trainer. She is currently continuing her training through the UCSD Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Teacher Training program — deepening the presence and somatic-awareness side of her coaching alongside its performance and systems side.
Presence without progress becomes avoidance.
Progress without presence becomes burnout.
Victoria's coaching is the discipline of designing achievement from a regulated, clear, and intentional state — not from pressure, panic, or performance addiction. It draws on high performance coaching, mindfulness, somatic awareness, and structured execution together, rather than treating them as separate tracks.
For leaders producing content, ideas, and opportunities — but lacking a system that turns output into revenue or meaningful progress.
For high-performers whose calendars, inboxes, and obligations create constant low-grade exhaustion.
For founders and creators who use AI, but have not yet redesigned their human 20% around judgment, creativity, and strategic action.
Start with the Fit Check. Victoria reads your result herself, and if it looks like a fit you will receive an invitation to a Performance Strategy Session — and from there, 12-Week Mindful High Performance Coaching.

12-Week Mindful High Performance Coaching · B. Kang
ARRIVED WITH
Self-rated energy 2–3/10. Evenings dissolved into a screen and next-day regret. Seven goals held at once — exercise, language, certification.
WHAT WE DIAGNOSED
Not willpower — structure. Goals cut to one core plus one support, the rest parked. “I should exercise” became “five minutes of stretching when I get home.”
AFTER 12 WEEKS
Energy 8/10. Morning routine held for over a year. Ownership 8 → 9. Her own word for the biggest change: agency.
12-Week Mindful High Performance Coaching · E. Moon
ARRIVED WITH
Empty hours filled with games and video. Zero workouts a week. He wanted meaningful work but had no direction — and read all of it as a willpower problem.
WHAT WE DIAGNOSED
Not willpower — an operating system. We redesigned what fills the gaps and installed an awareness–intention–action sheet as a daily tool.
AFTER 12 WEEKS
Running two operations at once. A ten-minute movement trigger the moment he walks in. Ownership 7 → 9. He reframed the work itself as training.
12-Week Mindful High Performance Coaching · L. Batat
ARRIVED WITH
A clear message and direction, without the structure of courage to carry it.
WHAT WE DIAGNOSED
Not personality — courage as an operating system. We built a structure where decisions and asks stop getting postponed.
AFTER 12 WEEKS
Completed the twelve weeks with courage installed as her operating system, and re-enrolled.
“Victoria is a gifted coach. Give yourself that gift of working with her — you will not regret it.” L. Batat
12-Week Mindful High Performance Coaching · J. Kim
ARRIVED WITH
Four years running a cake shop, unable to hold revenue and physical energy at the same time, with the direction of her life gone blurry. Emotion consumed the energy the work needed. Her own scores — act without delay 5, important things first 3, review what I executed 3.
WHAT WE DIAGNOSED
Not willpower — order. Name the emotional leak and close it, separate business money from personal money, install a morning plan and an evening review. Large work broken into thirty-minute units.
AFTER 12 WEEKS
She now calculates her own net margin from monthly revenue, and has turned the next season’s target and new product sets into an execution plan. Exercise settled into four times a week.
“I have always examined myself, but this was the first time I looked at myself warmly instead of driving myself harder.” J. Kim · midpoint evaluation
Writing program · Cohort 1
ARRIVED WITH
Retired, far from current technology, treating “write a book with AI” as out of reach
WHAT WE DIAGNOSED
Not a skill gap — no structure that reaches the end. The route to a finished manuscript was designed before any tool was introduced
WHAT GOT FINISHED
A project postponed for decades, completed
“I had been away from current technology since retiring, so writing a book with AI felt like a serious challenge. With Coach Victoria’s help, I was able to finish something I had wanted to do for decades.” H. Park
Writing program · Cohort 1
ARRIVED WITH
A manuscript in hand, but unclear even to the author why the book needed to exist
WHAT WE DIAGNOSED
Not length — motive and structure. The spine of the whole book was read out of a single prologue
WHAT GOT FINISHED
The author’s own reason for writing, made clear
“I did not expect to meet someone who would recognize the core of my life so quickly. She read the prologue and understood the whole picture — and the motive behind my book.” S. Chung · Psychiatrist
“It gave me a way to make big decisions without losing touch with my inner values.”
